Earth plaster has a number of particularly pleasant and unique qualities. Because it consists of about 50% oxygen and 20% to 40% of silicon. So especially this mineral gives clay its unique heat and moisture regulating qualities. Clay is anti-static and anti-fungal. Warm in winter and cool in summer. This creates a healthy and balanced indoor climate.

Tierrafino ‘DURO’ is a colour and clay plaster combined into one beautiful product for indoor use. So ‘DURO’ clay plaster distinguishes itself from Tierrafino ‘FINISH’ and ‘BASE’ because of the thinner, but somewhat harder plaster layer. It is so simple in use and quick to apply.

Clay paints: I-PAINT, T-PAINT and “DryPAINT”
Clay paints ‘I-PAINT’, ‘T-PAINT and’ DryPAINT’ are pure 100% clay based paints. They are is a so-called vapor-permeable paints. But they allow moisture to pass through. Using clay paints on a clay plaster base works perfectly together, because they are made of the same material. (If you would paint a clay-plastered wall with a latex paint, the moisture-regulating effect of the clay mortar will be nullified…). So if you choose to change colours you may of course apply clay paints on top of clay base or clay finishes.

“STONE” Tadelakt
Tadelakt the original natural water-repellent lime plaster from Marrakesh Morocco is suitable for indoors and outdoors. Tadelakt lime plaster is originally found in bathhouses, on roof terraces and is used for particularly luxurious finishes. Because Tadelakt lime plaster is specific for the professionals to work with. (So check our training courses and workshops…)

Tierrafino ‘Antique Provence’ is a decorative clay plaster for walls and ceilings in the interior. This product is very hard (> SII) and has four basic finishes; – Matt, – Shiny and – Shiny with Tierrafino Wax and … with a just recently added new product – Matt Shine with Tierrafino PROtect.
